Who We Are
American Campus Communities (ACC) is one of the nation’s largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing, with 171 properties serving approximately 132,000 residents. More than 2,400 dedicated team members work toward one goal: delivering the best possible experience for students. So, we build communities that are specialized, inclusive and sustainable, with the resources students need to succeed personally, academically and professionally.
Sustainability
“At ACC, we’re committed to creating sustainable communities that are comfortable, desirable and enriching places to live. So we take a comprehensive approach to community design, aligning each property with its local environment while making thoughtful, efficient use of resources.”

Oversight
“Our mission is rooted in supporting people and their potential. Through transparent communication, excellent service and a strong commitment to doing the right thing, we create communities where students feel connected, supported and empowered to succeed.”

Culture
“Sharing experiences cultivates education, inspiration and connection. Creating space for these connections is a cornerstone of ACC’s culture, deepening engagement and driving the collective momentum to achieve meaningful results together.”
